«Wuthering» est une performance pour deux voix. Durant ces émissions radiophoniques sur internet de 15 minutes chacune, Marion Aeschlimann & Arthur Debert livrent un portrait fantasmé de leur vidéothèque en utilisant des extraits de films invisibles aux spectateurs.
Chaque émission est thématique. La première est à propos des fantômes,
la deuxième autours de la météo et la troisième nous parle des Martiens.
En jouant sur plusieurs niveaux de narration, en re-interprétant et en doublant leurs bandes son, ils proposent un nouvel imaginaire à ses histoires célèbres.

We are in the year 2045, in a world in which showing and looking at images
became illegal. A decree suddenly had banned access to all known and loved movies. Two geeks managed to save some copies of their personal selection
of cult films and created an intimate pirate radio to share them.
With this fictional audio cine-club, our two jack-of-all-trades tinker a reflection
of their video library spanning from childhood, adolescent years and adult lives,
a sort of sound kaleidoscope bringing together natural disasters, love declarations and extraterrestrial invasions.

· Wuthering 3 ainsi que ce site internet ont étés réalisés dans le cadre de l'exposition "La fête de l'insignifiance" à la Kunsthalle de Mulhouse,
du 26 novembre 2020 au 10 janvier 2021 dans le cadre de Regionale21, commissaire Leïla Couradin.

· Wuthering 2 à été écrite en résidence du 19 avril au 29 avril 2018
à RAMDAM un Centre d'Art et enregistrée en public le 27 avril à 20h.

· Wuthering 1 à été écrite pour l'exposition "Acte 1 : pourparlers et autres manipulations" au DOC!, Paris 20e, le 1,2 et 3 juillet 2017.

· Wuthering 3 as well as this website were realized in the frame of the exhibition "La fête de l'insignifiance" at la Kunsthalle de Mulhouse, from the 26th november 2020 to the 10th january 2021 in the exhibition programme Regionale21, curated by Leïla Couradin.

· Wuthering 2 was written during a residency RAMDAM un Centre d'Art from the 19th of april to the 29th of april 2018 and recording with public the 27th of april.

· Wuthering 1 was written for the exhibition "Acte 1 : pourparlers et autres manipulations" at DOC!, Paris 20e, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of july 2017.

Nous sommes en 2045.
Dans un monde où montrer et regarder des images est devenu illégal,
un décret a soudainement interdit l'accès aux films connus et aimés.
Deux « geeks » ont réussi à sauver quelques copies de leurs films cultes
et ont conçu une radio pirate et intime pour les partager.
En créant ainsi un ciné-club audio fictionnel, ils bricolent un reflet de leur vidéothèque d'enfant, d'adolescent.e et d'adulte, sorte de mix sonore faisant cohabiter catastrophes naturelles, déclarations d'amour, concert de triangles
et invasions extraterrestres ...

"Wuthering" is a performance for two voices. During 15-minute internet radio broadcasts, M&A use film extracts invisible to the viewer. They draw a DIY portrait of their own video library. Each podcast is thematic. The first one is about ghosts, the second about the weather and the third one about Martians. By playing on several levels of narration, by re-interpreting and dubbing soundtracks, they offer
a new imagination to their most famous stories.
